Depending on what you searched for, how many other sites that are listed in that space, sites with similar spelling and how many sites paid to be at the top of that search criteria will determine where you place in the search listing. WordPress has both a free and a for-pay option. If you are just getting started I would recommend the free version of WordPress or Tumblr.
